Scrambling for calcium!


Calcium rich foods include eggs, eggshells, broccoli & sesame seeds, all of which are in this scramble.

  1. Boil carrots & broccoli.
  2. Cut pre-cooked corn from cob.
  3. Thoroughly wash egg
  4. Heat a pan with just enough olive oil to moisten surface.
  5. Break egg & shell in pan. Scramble.
  6. Dust with paprika & powdered garlic (garlic is healthy for birds, only in small doses. Do not give a bird a clove of garlic.)
  7. Add broccoli, carrots, corn & sesame seeds.
  8. Combine over heat.
  9. Let cool. (Place finger in food to test radiant heat.)

9. Serve with fruit.
