Oatmeal “Cookie” Bar Recipe
1 c Pumpkin Purée (blended with water)
Gerber Organic Root Veggies & Quinoa (baby food) 200% DV Vitamin A
2 c Oats
1/2 c Tapioca Flour
Salt to taste
1tsp Vanilla extract
1 egg
1 tbl Maple Agave Syrup
Pepita seeds (topping)
Flax seeds (topping)
Combine Ingredients in Bowl
Grease pan with coconut oil
Spread evenly in pan and top with seeds
For 9″x9″ Pan, bake 375 for 35 min
