Butternut & Brussels


Boiled and cooled butternut squash, Brussels sprout and carrot with persimmon, pear, oats, chia seeds and Zupreem Sensible Seed (includes pumpkin seeds).

This dish is rich in calcium and Vitamin A from butternut squash, Brussels sprout, carrot, persimmon, chia and pumpkin seeds. Claire also gets 2-4 shelled nuts*, which are also high in calcium and protein.
