Chop fruit, measure grains & boil frozen mixed veggies for 6 minutes. Apple, frozen mixed veggies, 2tbs rolled oats, 1/2tbs unsweetened coconut, 1tsp Roudybush Nibbles & 1/2tsp flax seeds.
